Our next community event will be interactive from start to finish. We will discuss our big picture visions and dreams for the Village of Glenview and then work through several SWOT Analysis exercises. It’s important for us to understand what our community is doing well and where we need to improve. We’ll spend time listing out our strengths and the competitive advantage we have over other villages. We will consider our weaknesses and what we lack as a village. We’ll think about where we see ripe opportunities for growth. And lastly, we’ll take note of threats that could negatively impact our growth. At the end of the night, everyone will have an opportunity to vote on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that resonated most with them. It will be an exciting night as we collectively understand our current position to better plan for our bright future.
