The Downtown Blueprint will use the outcomes of the Development Blueprint to develop design and growth ideas that build on the current Downtown plan. The goal is to revitalize Downtown while also maintaining a balance between community desires and market realities to achieve realistic redevelopment. The design team will suggest built form, infrastructure and “spark site projects” in order to build momentum for the updated framework plan.
