Review and Consideration of Downtown Code Updates
Based on recommendations included in the Downtown Strategic Plan and community feedback from the August 12 Open House, the New Development Commission (NDC) will begin their review of proposed Downtown code updates. A portion of the NDC meeting will include a public hearing and an opportunity for the community to provide feedback on the proposed Downtown Development (D-D) District zoning code amendments. Following a second NDC public hearing meeting, it is anticipated the Village Board would consider a NDC recommendation on specific code amendments in October. This meeting will start at 7pm.
